Jos Ilagan spent eight years as a Case Officer in Southeast Asia, managing the Special Operations Branch. He is an ardent student of geopolitics and writes extensively about global terrorism and security. His political thriller novel, Project GrandSlam & The Zhongguo Orchestra, receives a Five-Star book review from the Readers’ Favorite. Jos is also the author of the non-fiction books Creating the Department of Homeland Security: A Public Policy Process and Managing the Philippines’ War on Terror from 1969 to 2005: A Case Study in Public Administration.
